Sue is the assistant VP of network revenue integrity services as well as the curriculum chair of the health information technology program in Westchester, NY. As a member of the executive team, she was instrumental in implementing a new electronic health record for the network, improving charge capture processes, workflows, and documentation, along with developing an AHIMA PCAP-accredited medical coding certificate program. Clarke-Kendrick is a former president and education director of the New York HIMA, served as the president of TZHIMA, and received the AHIMA leadership award in 2018. She also is an AHIMA Fellow.
