Marla J. Weston is an accomplished healthcare executive in both for-profit, non-profit, and government roles with nearly 30 years of experience. Weston recently served as CEO of the American Nurses Association (ANA) Enterprise where her leadership in enterprise integration, digital transformation, innovation, and creation of a positive work culture transformed ANA into one of the fastest-growing national associations and resulted in a 40 percent growth in revenues.

With her track record of leading complex change, excellent public speaking and meeting facilitation skills, Weston has subsequently been invited to speak, facilitate, coach, and consult with healthcare leaders, start-up healthcare companies, association boards, and multi-stakeholder groups. She has provided expertise and guidance in leadership and business development, strategic planning, organizational transformation, and preparing for the future transformations in healthcare.
